How does pricing work?
Sprints are scoped and priced upfront based on deliverables. Monthly engagements are retainer-based with a set number of hours. Advisory is hourly. We agree on scope before any work begins.
How do you access our codebase?
You grant me access to specific repos with the permissions you choose. I work in branches, submit PRs, and your team reviews and merges. I never push directly to main without review.
What if our team needs to take over?
Clean handoff is part of every engagement. You get documentation, runbooks, and training. The goal is for your team to maintain and extend the work independently.
Do you use AI to write our code?
Yes — that is the point. I use Claude Code (and other tools) to accelerate delivery. But every line is reviewed by me and then by your team before it ships. AI is the accelerant, not the autopilot.
What if we need something outside Claude Code?
I also do Vertex AI agents, GCP infrastructure, and general automation. If your project involves adjacent work, we can scope that in. If it is outside my wheelhouse, I will tell you.
